 Activity Information

  1. Browse all activities for a member or a family.
  2. Browse all members in an activity or range of activities.
    1. This can be used to get a roster (with pictures) in Excel.
  3. Display Information
    1. Name
    2. Address
    3. E-mail
    4. Phone number
    5. Membership since (for card holder)
    6. Activity information (begin/end date and time, days of week registered).
    7. Birth date and age
    8. Status of the activity (active, terminated, renewed, etc.)

    12. Counts
      1. Accesses
        1. Shows how many times a member accessed the Y for any timeframe (number of swipes).
        2. Show for granted and/or denied accesses.
        3. Count for the member or the entire family.
        4. Choose to show for a specific branch or all.
      2. Programs
        1. Counts the number of programs being included in the selection for any timeframe.
        2. Show for granted and/or denied accesses.
        3. Choose to show for a specific activity type and branch or all.
      3. Dollars
        1. Shows the total dollars for a member for any timeframe.

    1. Views are saved by user or for all users.

 Member Management

  1. Search for a member by number, name, organization, AKA, facility access number, phone number, e-mail address, address, city, or zip code.
  2. Displays name, organization, AKA, address, phone number, e-mail, facility access number, birth date, and age.
  3. Right click to browse the family or activities for the family.
  4. Right click to browse facility access detail for the member or family.
  5. Double click for a member profile
    1. Browse or edit member name, all contact info, relationships, and comments, all on one screen!
    2. Add comments to a member (with security).
    3. Right click a relationship or contact to see their profile.
  6. Links
    1. Right click to jump to a website where it passes member informaion to the website.
    2. For example you can jump to mapquest and instantly see a map of the member's address or driving directions to it.

 Browse Member Transactions

  1. G/L Transactions
    1. If you have SGA Accounting you can drill down to the MM transactions that make up a G/L summarized transaction from there.
    2. Browse for a date, month, or a range of months and dates.
    3. Displays revenue for individual members.
    4. Right click to browse transactions from an activity for a member for all months.
    5. Export to Excel.
  2. A/R Transactions
    1. Browse for all A/R transactions for a member for an activity.
    2. Shows the total revenue, total payments, and account balance.
    3. Export to Excel.

 Key Indicators

  1. This is a complete report writer providing information on various Key Indicators.
    1. Filter, order by, total by, and display anything you want from the key indicators files.
    2. Drill down from a summary level to a more detailed level.
    3. Export to Excel.
  2. Membership Type Statistics
    1. Show a corporate view with one line per branch.
      1. Drill down into the membership types for that branch.
    2. Show a corporate view with one line per membership type.
      1. Drill down into the branches for that type.
    3. Show types by Major type.
    4. Drill down to see the people for a membership type.
  3. Campaign
    1. Drill down from a summary report to a more detailed report to see what any one line is comprised of.
      1. Drill down into the branch, section, team, division, campaigner, donor.
    2. Create any report you can think of using the data available.
      1. Drill down into the branch, section, team, division, campaigner, donor.
    3. Show the campaigner or donor email, phone, and address on the same screen.
    4. Right click to browse any information pertaining to the campaigner or donor.

 Security

  1. Includes a disclaimer when e-mailing and exporting to Excel.
    1. Disclaimer acceptances/rejections can then be browsed.
  2. Can specifiy a password to open a spreadsheet exported to Excel.
  3. Can display a warning message when exporting to Excel, clarifying that this information is confidential.
  4. Security is set for every menu option for every user. It allows/disallows access to the option, and determines whether or not entry is allowed for that option.
  5. Each user has a user name and password to sign on to the system.
  6. User preferences (Each user can set his/her own preferences for screen colors, font sizes, etc.)
