Raising up new volunteers and/or potential new donors
This is a great tool to raise up new volunteers for the Y.
Shows a list and the count of accesses sorted by access counts. When you drill down from here to the family activities you have still have the columns showing the other activities...... because of this view.
This is great for the CEO so he/she can drill down from this list to the family views, to look for potential people to recruit for the board.
These are wealthy individuals.... high visits (access counts) to the Y, and when we are looking at the family activities, we probably find many activities for the family. All of this means that they are more committed to the values of the Y. These are great candidates for more involvement as volunteers in the Y on boards and committees and for fund-raising. However, fund-raising is all about relationships and we should start with getting them as volunteers and getting to know them and then having them help us with fund-raising.
Export that list to Excel with pictures.
Using the family pictures you are looking for anyone in the family that you might know, which would help you meet the key person in the family. Using the family activity screen, you drill down to the "show all people with this activity." You are then looking for classmates that you know that might help you with an introduction to this person. You might also scan the pictures to help you for potential minority candidates too.
Drill down to one or two of those people which demonstrates that you found a family with a lot of counts for accesses, dollars, and number of program activities (this last one seen by the number of registrations displayed on the screen.)
When you are going to meet with the family tomorrow, this will familiarize you with them before you meet them.
