This will delete transactions for accounts with no activity prior to January 2004 for fund 01. The log will tell you how many transactions it deletes for what accounts.

This will delete old accounts for fund 01 with no activity prior to 2 years ago. If you ran the example above, then you’d probably also want to run this in conjunction with it. A list of accounts and vendors being deleted will be displayed in the log.

You may also choose to delete old vendors that don’t have any activity. They were most likely brought over from conversion.

This will move all transactions for fund 20 to the cleanup member, where it is removed from the system, but not lost. They can be moved back over to Archive if you choose to.
