General Ledger – File - Accounts

Find your account number by typing part of the account number or using the Page Up and Page Down keys. No need to key dashes.

Select the view of columns you want to see displayed

To hide a column, click within the column heading and right-click hide column. To display a hidden column, select the column to the left of the column you wish to unhide and right-click unhide.

You can save a view of the columns to be displayed at any time by clicking the save view button. You must be authorized in user security (account browse) to save or delete views. Ex. You may not be authorized to save/delete views for another user.

Below is the same display screen as above when sliding the scroll bar farther to the right.

If not using Forecast option – Present Balance If using Forecast option – Balance last month end

This is the defaulted view of “All”. There are additional columns to the right that will be displayed by using the scroll bar.

Sample View:

This sample view has been set up and saved by the user to show three years of actual figures. Previous years’ figures are as of year end. Current year figures are present balance.

Display figures for one month:

You may select to display year-end figures (annual) or figures for only one month. This sample shows the same view as above. However, instead of showing annual figures (as above) this shows figures for the month of February for each year.

Account Maintenance:

If you double click on any account, you will see this accounts data display, which shows the account balance information. This is also the screen for account edit.
